Terms & conditions & cancellation policy

§ 1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).

 

§ 2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our webshop www.jay-cs.at.

(2) If the contract is concluded, the contract is concluded with

(3) The presentation of the goods in our internet shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our Internet shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our Internet shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

Selection of the desired goods

Confirm by clicking on the "Add to shopping basket" button
Clicking the "Checkout" button
Checking the details in the shopping basket
Click on the "Continue" button
Enter your shipping address
Click on the "Continue" button
Select shipping method
Click the "Next" button
Select the payment method
Forwarding to the selected payment provider
Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the "Pay" button

Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser by pressing the "Back" button contained in the Internet browser used by him after checking his details. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated e-mail ("order confirmation"). With this we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can also view the GTCs at any time under GTCs on our website. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the Internet.


§ 3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying with: PayPal, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

 

§ 4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will be made within 5 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by despatch.

 

§ 5 Retention of title

We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

 

§ 6 Right of return

Returns are not accepted for opened goods. If you have purchased a sealed item, you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return it.

 

§ 7 Right of cancellation

(1) You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any
to cancel this contract without giving reasons. Excluded from the right of cancellation are all items that you have purchased in the "Livebreak" category from the time we have opened them for you in the livestream on Twitch.

(2) The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which
you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

(4) Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

(5) You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

AT-LEAGUE

Points can be collected at all participating locals (see banner above). All points count.

The top 2 players per local advance to the TOP 8. This rule does NOT apply to Vienna. In Vienna, the top 4 players advance to the TOP 8.

At each local, €2 per player is put into the pot for the TOP 8. The entire amount is then distributed to the TOP 8 in the form of displays, playmats, sleeves, etc.

FAQs

Do all the points I have collected from participating locals count?

Yes. All points you've earned at participating locals count. For example, you have 12 points at Jay-CS and 12 points at Grüner Licht --> so you have a total of 24 points.

If I'm in the TOP8 with the green light and not with Jay-CS, what does that mean?

Nothing. The players in Salzburg and Linz don't have the opportunity to collect as many points as the players in Vienna. Therefore, the top two players from those teams advance to the top spots. In Vienna, the top four players advance to the top eight.

How is the pricing for the TOP8?

At each local, €2 per participant will be put into the TOP8 pot. The entire sum will then be distributed to the TOP8 in the form of displays, playmats, sleeves, etc. The more players participate, the bigger the prize pool for the TOP8.

When and where will the TOP8 be played?

The TOP8 will be played in Vienna. The exact time and location will be agreed upon with the TOP8 players once they have been confirmed.
